Every ABROADER experience comes with A File - a collection of moments, memories, discoveries, challenges, and stories gathered throughout your time in Vietnam.

Let’s share your A File with the community. We want to see Vietnam through your lens, students and buddies!!

- Most Creative

🎁 Three winners will receive authentic niche Vietnamese gifts that can’t be found anywhere else!

How to “file”?

1. Create either:

• A short edited video: < 3 mins, vertical 9:16 or horizontal 16:9

• An edited photo collection of 10–20 photos
Note: 1 video/ photo collection follows 1 topic. You can submit other videos/ collections for other topics.

2. Upload your submission to a Google Drive folder and make sure access is set to “Anyone with the link.”

3. Submit your entry through our Digital Hub by June 30: https://forms.gle/P3xVFdrbn8L6o9R2A

4. All submissions will be featured on ABROADER’s Instagram and Facebook. There are 4 credit options: as collaborators, account mentions, mention your name, and anonymous.
🥇Winners will be announced on July 10.

⚠️ If your A File includes other people, please make sure they are aware of and consent to being featured before submitting.

- Love culture exchange and meeting people from around the world.
- Highly committed, responsive, and reliable.
- Enthusiastic, open to learn.
- Good teamwork skills.

📌WHAT YOU DO
- Collaborate with other local buddies and ABROADER team to organise local immersion activities, and some logistics tasks like venue site checks, airport pick-ups, see-offs;
- Organise events to welcome and farewell the students;
- Support city tours & city explorations;
- Create welcome & recap video for the group;
- Hangout with international students;
- Be a young local friend to help the international students familiarise with life in Vietnam and experience an authentically local lifestyle.
- Support ABROADER with some administrative tasks if needed.

We email you for an interview if your application is qualified. We may not be able to respond to all applicants individually.
