My host has been very welcoming and friendly. Coming from a very different culture that speaks a different language, they’ve all made an effort to reach out to me. I’ve enjoyed the office culture at Vulcan.
I’ve found the cultural immersion activities and local buddies to be really great. My buddy, Bo, has been super nice and helpful, and I’ve really enjoyed getting to see parts of Saigon with her and getting to know her better. We love answering your questions about the cultural differences between the US and Vietnam. Y’all have done an amazing job helping us learn more about Vietnamese culture, and I’ve really enjoyed getting to see where y’all go and what y’all do in your daily lives.
