Communication and Fundraising know how to communicate in a convincing and concise way. Responsible for planning, development, and implementation of all of the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities. Monitors both external and internal communication and ensure consistency between the two. Assesses created multimedia content and its impact after the release to the public.

• Monitor Bong Sen’s public image such as Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Suggest marketing and promotion strategies and assesses the impact on the target audience
• Provide guidelines for internal and external communications
• Assist the team with expertise in marketing and communication and ensure differentiation.
• Consult to remodel the micro-finance project component in terms of standardization for all procedures.
• Two online English classes per week for Bong Sen employees
